The South Korean based automaker Hyundai has recently announced some minor updates for the 2014 ix35, which include the new headlights and a power boost for the 2.0L petrol version.
The compact SUV signed by Hyundai, the ix35, has recently received some updates for the 2014 model year. according to the car manufacturer, one of the changes applied to the model include the new headlights with standard LED daytime running lights. The more expensive versions will get the bi-xenon headlights and medium trims will get these as optionals. The 2014 Hyundai ix35 will also receive the Flex Steer, which is allowing a choice between three levels of assisted steering.
The ESP has been also reconfigured and it now has a special module which is activated when connecting a trailer. The 2.0 liter petrol engine is now coming with an extra 3 HP and 9 Nm of torque, while the diesel engine is now producing a total output of 184 HP. The 2014 Hyundai ix35 is still offered with both front- and all-wheel drive versions, depending on the trim level selected. The 2014 Hyundai ix35 will be launched in the second half of September.
