The South Korean based automaker Hyundai has recently previewed its lineup for the 2013 SEMA Motor Show, which will officially open its gates next week.
Hyundai will pull the wraps off four new cars at the 2013 SEMA Motor Show, with the first one being the ARK Performance Genesis Coupe, which is coming with a 4.0 liter Stroker Kit, new headers, a lightweight pulley kit, an ARK air intake and some other tweaks. The 3.8 liter Lambda V6 engine now has a 4.0 liter displacement instead of the 3.8 liter one and it’s producing a total output of 400 HP (298 kW) and 575 Nm (425 lb-ft) of torque.
Next in the lineup is the John Pangilinan’s Genesis Coupe, which has an AEM cold air intake, a turbo downpipe, an ARK Performance exhaust sytem, Whiteline sway bars, ARK Performance strut bar, KW coil over suspension system and Brembo brakes. There is also a Yellowcake Veloster Turbo, developed with the EGR Group. This is fitted with an AEM intake, with a MagnaFlow exhaust system and some modifications from Bisimoto Engineering. Thanks to these upgrades, the 1.6 liter four-cylinder unit is now good for 250 HP (186 kW).
Last but not least, Hyundai will unveil the Bisimoto Engineering Genesis Coupe. The model in question is taking its power from a 3.8 liter Lambda V6 engine, which has been equipped with forged pistons, upgraded fuel injectors, steel connecting rods, Turbonetics turbochargers, Magnafuel 750 fuel pump and much more. Thanks to these upgrades, the unit can now produce an impressive 1,000 HP (745 kW). Additional details on these models will be announced at SEMA, next week.
