Hyundai has recently pulled the wraps off the Grand i10 In India, which has been designed with the Asian country in mind.
According to the car manufacturer, the new Hyundai Grand i10 has a lot of things in common with the regular i10, which is aimed towards the Old Continent, but the model is actually 100 mm (3.9 inches) longer than the European version. The new Hyundai Grand i10 has been designed especially for the Indian market, where it will slot between the outgoing version of the i10 and the larger i20. The Grand i10 is incorporating the company’s latest design cues like the sharper lights and the separated front grilles.
Images with the cabin of the new Hyundai Grand i10 haven’t been released just yet but this is expected to be similar to the new i10 aimed towards Europe, but keep in mind that similar is not the same thing with “exactly the same”, because the design and materials for the European version will be improved. The Grand i10 is riding on the BA platform and it’s coming with rear parking sensors, rear passenger air condition vents, cooled glove box, auto folding mirrors, higher end audio system with 1GB of memory and much more. The engine lineup will include the 1.1L three-cylinder diesel with 70 HP and the 1.2L four-cylinder gasoline, with an optional four-speed automatic transmission.
