The German based automaker’s Indian department has recently announced its plans to launch the facelifted version of the BMW 7-Series locally on the 25th of April.
After it was officially unveiled almost a year ago, the BMW 7-Series facelift is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the German based automaker announcing its Indian launch. According to the car manufacturer, the “new” BMW 7-Series will become available to its future customers in the Asian country on the 25th of April. The model has already been previewed over these past few weeks, locally.
As a quick reminder, the biggest structural change applied to the BMW 7-Series facelift was the addition of 5.5 inches to its wheelbase. The model was also lowered by 8 mm and other changes include the modified front fascia, the new LED headlifhts, the updated iDrive and some other tweaks. As for the engine lineup, the local media says that the model will still be offered with the 3-liter turbo diesel engine, which is producing 246 PS and 540 Nm of torque, along with three petrol units. The 8-speed automatic transmission will replace the six-speed. Prices remain unknown for the moment.
