The first image with the upcoming Renault Lodgy, which will be making its way to India over the next few months, has just hit the web.
Renault is planning to expand its vehicle lineup in India and what better way to do it than by introducing a very affordable MPV, the Lodgy, with its own logos on the body. This is following the Duster, which has proved to be a success in the Asian country, and at a first look, we can notice some differences between the two models, mostly on the front grille, which is now larger and it has more chrome on it.
As far as the engine lineup goes, the Renault Lodgy is believed to be offered with the same units found on the Duster. This means that the 1.6 liter petrol or the 1.5 liter dCi with 85 HP and 110 HP will be making their way onto the MPV. The Renault Lodgy is believed to be officially introduced to India next March. No pricing details are being known at the moment but these will be announced close to its debut. In Europe, the Dacia Lodgy is available in 5- or 7-seat configuration and it has been officially unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
