The first official image with the brand new Infiniti Q50L has been recently released by the Japanese based automaker, ahead of its public debut.
We all know that Chinese people have their fetishes for long wheelbase versions of cars, for no obvious reasons because it’s not like they have really long legs, and in order to stay competitive, the Japanese based automaker Infiniti has recently released such a version of the Q50, which has been called, “miraculously”, the Q50L. The model in question is actually 48 mm longer than the standard one and it will stand at 4,852 mm in length and with a wheelbase stretched to 2,898 mm.
The Infiniti Q50L will be coming with a Direct Adaptive Steering system, with the Active Lane Control, the InTouch HCI system and the Bose audio system, amongst others. Power to the model will be provided by a brand new 2.0 liter four-cylinder gasoline burner, which is capable of producing a total output of 208 HP and 320 Nm of torque. The engine will be connected to a 7-speed automatic transmission. The Infiniti Q50L will be officially presented to the public, later on this month, during the 2014 Chengdu Motor Show.
