Nissan’s luxury brand Infiniti is currently planning out on introducing a Q60 Coupe Concept in a couple of months, during the 2015 Detroit Motor Show.
The Japanese based automaker Infiniti has announced its plans to introduce a Q60 Coupe Concept at the upcoming 2015 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), in Detroit, which will be opening its gates in January. The announcement hasn’t been made in an official manner, at this time at least, and it has been confirmed by Alfonso Albaisa, the company’s executive design director, in a conversation with the guys from Motor Trend.
Shiro Nakamura, the Infiniti chief creative officer, has previously confirmed that the production model will arrive sometimes next year and it will be just “a little bigger than a BMW 4-Series but not as big as the 6-Series”. As far as the engine lineup goes, the final production version is expected to carry them over from the Q50 and this might include an Eau Rouge version too, which should get the 3.8 liter V6 twin turbo, rated at 560 HP (417 kW). More details on the model are limited at this time and will be announced, probably, during the 2015 Detroit Motor Show.
