Lamborghini Gallardo’s successor, the Cabrera, has apparently leaked in a magazine, which is showing the first ever images with its body not wrapped in some sort of camouflage.
The December issue of the Quattroroute magazine has printed an article about the Lamborghini Cabrera, which is showing its body, from several angles, without any camouflage on it. Whether this is the real deal, or just a very good rendering, it remains to be seen, but even so, it’s a good “mind exercise” and we can finally imagine how the upcoming supercar is going to look, once it will be officially unveiled during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
The new Lamborghini Cabrera will ride on a different platform, which will also be shared with the upcoming generation of the Audi R8, and some underpinnings will also be shared between the two, but in the end, they will be completely different rides. As far as the engine goes, a 5.2 liter V10 unit, which has been upgraded, is expected to be used on the Cabrera, with its approximately 600 HP. Additional details on the Lamborghini Cabrera are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its public debut.
