Toyota’s luxury brand Lexus has recently announced the official starting price of the new GS 450h in Italy, which has been set at 58,000 euros.
After being launched on several markets across the globe, time has come for Italians to get the new Lexus GS 450h, but the model doesn’t come cheap and its future customers in the peninsula will have ot pay 58,000 euros before they will be able to get their hands on one. According to official figures provided by the Japanese based automaker, the new Lexus GS 450h is emitting less CO2 than the BMW ActiveHybrid 5, with 149 g/km or the Infiniti M35h, with 162 g/km, for a total of 137 g/km, and the model is more powerful than the German vehicle, which is coming with 340 HP compared to the 343 HP on the GS 450h, while the Infiniti is packing 364 HP.
The hybrid powertrain found on the new Lexus GS 450h, named the Lexus Hybrid Drive technology, is packing a total output of 343 HP and it’s allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h. Fuel consumption in the Lexus GS 450h has been reduced by over 23 percent. More details on the Lexus GS 450h for Italy will be announced shortly.
