It’s official – Alfa Romeo 4C to debut in 2013
The Italian based automaker Alfa Romeo has recently confirmed the debut of the 4C production version scheduled for 2013.
After the production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C has been teased for the first time just a few days ago, the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the Italian based automaker announcing its debut for 2013. Even if the car manufacturer didn’t say where the final production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C will be officially presented to the public, rumors are saying that the model will probably be unveiled during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, in March, or even the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, in September.
The all-new Alfa Romeo 4C is expected to be powered by a 1.8 liter turbocharged engine, which, along with its six-speed dual clutch transmission, should allow the 1,980 lbs model to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 4.5 seconds. The Alfa Romeo 4C should be launched in the United States in late 2013 or early 2014. Additional details on the Alfa Romeo 4C are limited for the moment and will be announced in 2013, during its debut.
