The new generation of the Porsche Cayman has been finally unveiled by the German based automaker ahead of its public debut set for the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
The 2013 Porsche Cayman has entered our news almost daily recently and after the sports car has leaked just earlier today, the model is now being placed into the spotlights for the first time by the carmaker. Three official images with the 2013 Porsche Cayman have been released by the company ahead of the model’s public debut set for the L.A. Auto Show and this is what we will have to settle to until the car manufacturer will unveil the sports car over the following hours.
The all-new Porsche Cayman is in fact the hardtop brother of the fourth-gen Boxster unveiled earlier this year and, just like the model mentioned above, the new Cayman will be offered in two trim levels, with the first one getting a 2.7 liter flat six-cylinder engine, generating a total output of 275 HP (10 HP more than in the Boxster), along with an “S” version, with a 3.4 liter boxer engine, producing 325 HP (10 HP more than in the Boxster). Additional details on the all-new Porsche Cayman will be announced during the 2012 L.A. Auto Show.
