The German based automaker Porsche has finally announced that the Panamera Shooting Brake will be officially presented to the public in a world premiere during the Paris Motor Show next month.
After starting its life as a simple rumor just last month, the Porsche Panamera Shooting Brake is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time by its creators, who have officially announced that the model will make its debut next month, in a world premiere, during the 2012 Paris Motor Show. According to the car manufacturer, the Porsche Panamera Shooting Brake will be revealed at first as a concept and it’s currently unknown whether or not the model will get the green lights for production.
Porsche is saying that if the Panamera Shooting Brake will be well received by the audience at the 2012 Paris Motor Show in September, than we have a good chance of seeing a final production version of the model and, if this happens, the luxurious vehicle will be based on the second generation of the Panamera and it’s expected to hit the market in 2016. The Porsche Panamera Shooting Brake will be larger than the regular Panamera and it will provide more cargo room but, if it will indeed hit the market in 2016, the Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake will be the leader in the field by then.
