Jaguar has recently presented the two award-winning concepts, the C-X75 and the C-X16 at the 2012 New Delhi Auto Expo in India.
With the 2012 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) still going on in Detroit, the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon and the Brussels Motor Show going on in Europe, Jaguar has chosen the New Delhi Auto Expo in order to present the two important concept cars, the C-X75 and the C-X16.
“Both the C-X75 and the C-X16 won best in show awards following their global debuts, and we’re proud to introduce these exciting concepts to the Indian market here at the New Delhi Auto Show. In May of 2011, following an incredibly positive reaction to its launch, we announced that the C-X75 concept would be developed into production form and that process is well-advanced. Reaction to the C-X16 coupe has been equally positive following its debut in Frankfurt, during September of last year, and as a vivic evocation in aluminum of Jaguar’s future sports car design language, it points to very exciting times ahead”, said the global brand director at Jaguar, Adrian Hallmark.
According to the car manufacturer, besides the C-X75 and the C-X16 Concepts, Jaguar has also presented the XF, the XJ and the XK models at the same 2012 New Delhi Auto Expo in India, along with the most powerful production car ever made by the company, the XKR-S.
