Jaguar has recently announced its plans to introduce a new F-Type Concept this weekend, during the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The final production version of the Jaguar F-Type has been already unveiled back in 2012 and it’s available for order in several markets, across the globe. But that doesn’t mean that the model in question can’t be updated and one of these updates will be officially unveiled this weekend, during the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed. According to the British based automaker, the model in question will be known as the Jaguar F-Type Concept.
The brand new Jaguar F-Type Concept will be driven by JLR’s chief vehicle integrity engineer Mike Roos up the Goodwood Hill and it should share the limelight with models like the XFR-S, XJR-S and XKR-S. Rather than being the coupe version of the F-Type, this is more likely to be a high performance version of the model. Besides the sports car in question, Jaguar will also introduce the Chassis No.1 D-type, the one-off XJ13 and the Le Mans winning XJR-9. Additional details on the subject remain unknown for the moment and will be announced over the following days.
