The upcoming Jaguar F-Type Coupe is expected to be more expensive than the F-Type Roadster, once the model will make its way onto the market, probably sometimes next year.
The British based automaker Jaguar didn’t announce anything on the F-Type Coupe just yet but according to recent rumors, the solid roof variant will become more expensive than its drop top brother, once it will make its way onto the market. This will probably be a bad move for Jaguar, unless in the same money it will offer more powerful engines for the coupe because most of the times the convertibles are more expensive than regular versions.
The new Jaguar F-Type Coupe will adopt a stylish roof, muscular fenders and a distinctive rear window. As for the engine lineup, the model will receive the same units as the drop top, which means that we will see the 3.0 liter V6, with its 340 HP (250 kW), the 3.0L V6 supercharged with 380 HP (279 kW) and the 5.0 liter V8 supercharged, producing 495 HP (364 kW) will still be found on the model, along with a possible new 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder, with 240 HP (177 kW) and 340 Nm (251 lb-ft).
