The British based automaker Jaguar has apparently dropped the Frankfurt Motor Show debut of the F-Type Coupe, as the company is now believed to be unveiled in early 2014.
No official announcement has been made on the subject so far but a recent report is indicating that the new Jaguar F-Type Coupe will actually make its public debut sometimes next year, probably during the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) or the Geneva Motor Show. The model in question should then hit dealerships in markets like Germany, England or France and it will also be launched in some Asian markets, like India, in the second half of the year.
The Jaguar F-Type Coupe is expected to be more expensive than the Roadster and to get the same engine lineup, including the 3.0 liter V6 with its 340 HP, the 3.0 liter V6 supercharged, producing 380 HP, and the top of the line V8 supercharged, with 495 HP. A new entry-level version of the Jaguar F-Type is expected to hit the market soon, which will get a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine under its hood, producing 240 HP and 340 Nm of torque. Additional details on the subject are limited for the moment.
