Jaguar F-Type crashed in South Africa image

A brand new Jaguar F-Type sports car has been recently crashed in South Africa after the driver pushed the gas pedal too hard and lost control of the wheel.

We have always said that where ever there will be exotic cars will also be exotic car crashes and even if the Jaguar F-Type isn’t that exotic, this is still one of the best cars ever produced by the company, so such a crash couldn’t be ignored. The Jaguar F-Type in question was destroyed in South Africa after hitting a taxi and injuring 17 people. Happily no one was killed but the sports car looks beyond repair.

As a quick reminder, the cheapest version of the Jaguar F-Type is coming with a 3.0 liter supercharged V6 engine, which is producing a total output of 340 HP and 332 lb-ft of torque. This version can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5.1 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 161 mph. The F-Type V6 S has the same 3.0L V6, which is now producing 380 HP, enough for a 171 mph top speed and a 0 to 60 mph sprint of 4.8 seconds. The top of the line is the F-Type V8 S, which is powered by a 5.0 liter V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 495 HP and 460 lb-ft of torque. This model can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 186 mph.
