Another version of the Jaguar F-Type has been crashed once again in South Africa after the driver lost control of the wheel in a heavy rain.
Driving a rear-wheel drive sports car in heavy rain means that you should go easy on the throttle in curves if you aren’t that sure of your driving skills but most people don’t do it so more and more vehicles end up in our Car Crashes category. The newest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Johannesburg, South Africa, where this Jaguar F-Type V8 S has been crashed recently.
According to the guys from Wrecked Exotics, the incident happened on William Nicol Drive after it hit some standing water after heavy rains. The driver lost control of the wheel and the result is exactly what you can see in the two images posted below. Happily, it seems that no one was injured in this incident but this is more than we can say about the appealing British sports car.
As you may recall, the Jaguar F-Type has been shown in its final production form back in 2013, which is the year when it hit the production line too. The model is offered in two body styles, coupe and roadster, and it has a front engine and rear-wheel drive layout. The engine options include the 3.0L V6 and the range topper 550 HP (405 kW) 5.0 liter V8.
