The British based automaker Jaguar has recently announced its plans to introduce the F-Type to the 2012 edition of the Lord’s Mayor Show on the 10th of November.
After it was officially presented to the public over a month ago during the 2012 Paris Motor Show, the final production version of the Jaguar F-Type is ending up in our news once again, this time with the car manufacturer announcing its debut at the Lord Mayor’s Show on the 10th of November. The sports car will be driven by Jessica Ennis, a member of the Jaguar Academy and a heptathlon gold medalist at the 2012 London Olympics.
The model will be available in three version, with he entry-level Jaguar F-Type will get a 340 HP 3.0 liter V6 engine under its hood, the F-Type S will get a 380 HP 3.0 liter V6 unit while the F-Type V8 S will be powered by a V8, producing a total output of 495 HP and 625 Nm of torque. The Jaguar F-Type V8 S can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 275 km/h. Prices in the UK for the new sports car will start at 58,500 GBP for the F-Type and will go up to 79,950 GBP for the F-Type V8 S.
