Jaguar has recently announced that the F-Type will be priced from 69,000 USD in the United States, without the 875 USD destination charge.
After it was officially presented to the public in a world premiere at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, the all-new Jaguar F-Type is entering our news once again, this time with the British based automaker announcing the launch of the configurator in the United States. Jaguar says that the F-Type is available in three versions over-seas, the regular F-Type, priced from 69,000 USD, the F-Type S and the F-Type V8 S.
The Jaguar F-Type is powered by a 3.0 liter supercharged V6, which is producing a total output of 340 horsepower, allowing the roadster to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 5.1 seconds, while the Jaguar F-Type S is getting the same 3.0 liter V6 under its hood, which has been tweaked in order to produce 380 HP, enough to allow the model to spring from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.8 seconds. The top of the line Jaguar F-Type V8 S is coming with a 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine, producing 495 HP, which is allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds before reaching a top speed of 186 mph. The configurator of the Jaguar F-Type over-seas can be found here.
