Jaguar has recently announced the official price list of the F-Type in the United States, where the sports car will become available to its future customers starting from this summer.
The Jaguar F-Type is probably the most awaited model over these past few years produced by this company considering the fact that this is the first true sports car in almost 50 years. In order to place the Jaguar F-Type into the spotlights once again, the British based automaker has announced the official price list of the model in the United States, where it will be launched this summer. According to the car manufacturer, the Jaguar F-Type will be available in three versions over-seas, just like the one on the Old Continent.
The cheapest variant of the Jaguar F-Type is named the V6 and it will become available from 69,895 USD. The entry-level is getting a 3.0 liter supercharged V6 engine, producing 340 HP and 332 lb-ft of torque. The model can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5.1 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 161 mph. The mid-range F-Type V6 S is getting the same 3.0 L V6, but with 380 HP, enough for a 0 to 60 mph sprint of 4.8s and a top speed limited to 171 mph. The most expensive version is the Jaguar F-Type V8 S, which is getting a 5.0L V8 with 495 HP and 460 lb-ft. The 0 to 60 mph in this model takes 4.2 seconds and top speed stands at 186 mph.
