Future customers of the Jaguar XE will now be able to configure their upcoming rides as the online configurator for the entry-level sedan has been launched recently.
Jaguar has finally launched the competitor for the BMW 3-Series, Audi A4, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Cadillac ATS and others after making its public debut just a few days ago, during the 2014 Paris Motor Show. The model in question, in its cheapest version, the SE, will be coming with features such as the multi function leather wrapped steering wheel, DAB radio, satellite navigation system, glossy black trim, cloth seats and 17-inch wheels, amongst others.
The Prestige, which is following it, is adding the blue ambient lighting, the aluminum inserts, the heated front seats, the leather seats and others. Next in the lineup comes the Portfolio, with its Windsor leather, bi-xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights, two-tone instrument panel, 10-way electrically adjustable front seats, aluminum trim, 18-inch alloy wheels and more. The R-Sport will be coming with a beefier body, with a glossy black center console, with 19-inch rims and with a supercharged V6 engine under its hood. The most expensive version of the Jaguar XE will be coming with 340 HP and 450 Nm of torque from the 3.0L V6. Prices for the model will start at 26,995 GBP.
