The first rendering showing the new Jaguar XE in a new body style has just hit the web and it might offer us a preview of a future version.
Jaguar has recently unveiled its newest model, an entry-level sedan meant to compete with some big names on the market, such as the BMW 3-Series, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and the Audi A4, amongst others, but the model in question is currently being offered in a single body style. However, if all goes as planned, we might get to see future versions of this model, which will probably include a Sportbrake and a two-door coupe.
The image posted above is a rendering which has been signed by DesignRM so if you were hoping to see it on the roads anytime soon, forget it, because chances are it won’t even make it to the production line, but if it does, it will be identical with its four-door brother, except for the rear end, which will become more practical. The new Jaguar XE has been officially presented to the public, last week, during the 2014 Paris Motor Show. In order to find out more about it, click this link.
