Another special edition of the BMW 3-Series, in the touring body style, has been introduced in Japan, as the carmaker has officially announced.
The newest special edition to be signed by the Bavarian based automaker is called the BMW 3-Series Touring Style Edge and it’s aimed towards the Japanese automotive market. The model in question has received a lot of extra goodies compared to the standard car and this should be enough to make it popular in the Asian country. The special edition of the midsized premium estate will be offered for sale starting next month and it has the Black Sapphire metallic exterior finish.
The vehicle is also bringing the black kidney grille and the 18-inch M light alloy wheels, amongst others. The interior design hasn’t been left aside either and here we can notice the black synthetic leather seats, the BMW M Performance stainless steel pedals, the ash grain wood trim, the storage package and the heated front seats. Since it’s based on the 320i Touring xDrive, the new BMW 3-Series Touring Style Edge Edition is packing a 2.0 liter four-cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine under its hood, rated at 184 HP (135 kW) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque, connected to the 8-speed auto and sending power to the AWD system. Prices for it start from 6,110,000 YEN and it’s available in 200 units.
