Mercedes-Benz has recently pulled the wraps off the SLK 200 Radar Safety Edition, which will be introduced exclusively in Japan.
As you can see in the images posted below, the new Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 Radar Safety Edtion is finished in Polar White and it has the Magic Sky Control panoramic roof. Add-ons don’t stop here as the German based automaker is also offering the AMG sport package for the model, which is adding the new front bumper, the modified rear fascia, the revised side skirts, the AMG brake calipers and the 18-inch alloy wheels, amongst others.
The interior design of the Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 Radar Safety Edition hasn’t been left unchanged either and this is now getting the Bengal Red Nappa leather seats, the Radar Safety Package, as the name suggests, with Distronic Plus, Blind Spot Assist, Brake Assist Plus and Lane Keeping Assist. Power to the model is still being provided by the 1.8 liter turbocharged engine, which is good for 184 HP (135 kW) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque. Prices for the model will start at 6,330,000 YEN (47,960 EUR). Production will be limited to just 100 units.
