The brand new Subaru BRZ tS has recently went on sale in Japan, where its available in standard version or as a GT Package.
The Subaru BRZ tS was thought to be the BRZ STI, a more powerful and interesting version of the sports car, a few weeks ago when it was introduced, but it seems that the two companies, Subaru and Toyota, have no such plans for their vehicles. Even so, fans of the Subaru BRZ, living in Japan, will be glad to know that they can now upgrade their rides thanks to the new BRZ tS, which can either be ordered in standard version or as a GT Package, adding some interesting features to the model.
Some of these features include the STI rear suspension link, the front under spoiler, the Brembo braking system, the revamped coil springs and dampers, the 18-inch silver STI designed wheels, the new seats in the cabin, Alcantara, aluminum sills and much more. These are all available on the standard version while the GT Package is adding the Recaro front bucket seat, a different interior theme, an adjustable carbon rear spoiler, 18-inch STI black rims and some other tweaks. Only 500 units will be made and 250 of them will be equipped with the GT Package. Preorders will be taken until March 9, 2014.
