Subaru has officially introduced the WRX S4 on its local market, Japan, where the model in question will be sold exclusively.
The Japanese based automaker Subaru has officially pulled the wraps off its newest creation, the so-called WRX S4, on its local market, where it will be sold exclusively. According to the car manufacturer, the vehicle is basically a JDM version of the model and it looks identical to the international one, coming with a more rigid suspension system, with LED daytime running light bars, 18-inch alloy wheels, a prominent front lip spoiler and much more.
The interior design of the model is getting the metallic accents, the piano black finishes, the carbon fiber finish, the red stitching and others, to help it stand out from a crowd. as far as the engine goes, power will be provided by the same 2.0 liter four-cylinder direct injected turbocharged unit, which is producing a total output of 300 HP (221 kW) at 5,600 rpm and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque, available between 2,000 rpm and 4,800 rpm. The unit is connected to the Linetronic CVT. The Subaru WRX S4 will become available for order across Japan, at the company’s dealerships.
