The aftermarket specialist has announced the recent addition of a new wide body kit for the second generation Audi Q7, which can be had across the S Line and the newly introduced SQ7 models.
The first generation of the popular Q7 large crossover turned out to be a go to vehicle for the tuners as well, which is why we’re expecting a flourish of tailored programs for the second generation. JE Design is already out on the playing field and has taken the SUV through the paces of a wide body kit conversion – albeit for now it’s only compatible with the S Line and newly revealed SQ7 models. The custom changes include a front apron, fender extensions, and a set of massive side skirts, out in the back there’s a rear skirt insert, spoiler lip, and a roof-mounted spoiler. The complete body kit will be available for €7,557 and the bespoke 22-inch wheels with 295/30 R22 tires will set you back another €4,390.
There’s no tuning program called complete without some work done on the engine and as such the regular turbodiesel 3.0-liter will be taken up from the already respectable 272 horsepower (200 kilowatts) and 442 pound-feet (600 Newton meters) of torque to 326 hp (240 kW) and 506 lb-ft (685 Nm). The bump is just €1,999 and comes bundled with a two-year warranty on the engine, driveline, and gearbox. Of more interest may be the ongoing conversion program for the Audi SQ7 and its all new 4.0 TDI V8 engine that delivers 435 hp (320 kW). JE Design has decided to take the credentials to 522 hp (384 kW).
