The new generation of the Seat Leon FR has been recently upgraded by the aftermarket specialists at JE Design.
Owners of the new Seat Leon FR generation have a reason to be happy as their hot hatches can now be upgraded with an aftermarket package, which was created by JE Design. According to the tuning company, the new Seat Leon FR can now get the “carbon look” components, like the rear bumper insert, the side skirts or the front spoiler, along with the tailgate mounted spoiler, lowering springs, which will reduce the ride height by 30mm, the KW suspension system or the stainless steel exhaust system.
New wheels have been fitted to the Spanish hot hatch and this can be either 18-inch or 19-inch in size, but we haven’t told you about the most interesting change, applied to the model. The 1.8 liter TSI engine has been tuned and it now can produce an extra 35 HP (25 kW) and 50 Nm (36 lb-ft) of torque, which will allow it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 235 km/h (146 mph). The total output now stands at 215 HP (158 kW) and 300 Nm (221 lb-ft) of torque. No pricing details have been announced yet.
