The first renderings with the Jeep Cherokee in a three-door body style have recently made its way onto the web, showing us how the model may look like in this version.
The brand new Jeep Cherokee is already available for order, in some markets, but that didn’t stop Theophilus Chin into creating a three-door version of the model, in the virtual world at least. The images posted below represent renderings of the popular crossover which, if it will make it into the production line in its three-door body style, than it could be an answer to those who are not interested in the Range Rover Evoque.
The new Jeep Cherokee is looking basically identical in the United States and in Europe but on the Old Continent it has a 2.0 liter diesel burner MultiJet II turbo engine, rated at 140 HP and 350 Nm of torque, or 170 HP and 350 Nm of torque. The less powerful version is getting a 6-speed manual transmission while the other one has a 9-speed automatic. There is also a 3.2 liter V6 Pentastar with 271 HP (202 kW) and 315 Nm (232 lb-ft) of torque, along with the Tigershark MultiAir I-4 2.4 liter, which will become available in the Middle East and in Russia.
