New renderings with the Jeep Grand Cherokee’s new version are showing us how the model may look like if it will get the SRT Hellcat treatment.
The SRT Hellcat vehicles are making a big fuzz in the United States and after the company has officially pulled the wraps off the Challenger SRT Hellcat, they applied the same treatment to the Charger too. Now, thanks to we can see how the popular Jeep Gran Cherokee can look like, in such a version, if the carmaker decides to put it into production. Chances are we will never see this on the streets, but it is still a good exercise for our imagination.
If the carmaker decides to offer such a version of the Jeep, than the same 6.2 liter V8 engine used on the Challenger SRT Hellcat and on the Charger SRT Hellcat will be making its way under the hood. In the two above mentioned models, the unit is capable of producing a total of 707 HP (527 kW) and 880 Nm (650 lb-ft) of torque. The muscle car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 4 seconds and it has a top speed of 320 km/h (199 mph).
