The powerful SUV is getting a Bright White exterior finish, bespoke glossy hood badge, glossy front grille surrounds and inserts, a rear light bar and step pad, door badge, SRT8 badge on the rear liftgate, Black Vapor Chrome finish for the 20-inch alloy wheels and much more. Thanks to these upgrades, the Alpine Edition can easily stand out from a crowd.
Power to the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 Alpine Edition is still being provided by the 6.4 liter HEMI V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 462 HP (344 kW) and it has a peak torque of 624 Nm (460 lb-ft). The Grand Cherokee SRT8 Alpine Edition can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in five seconds and it can reach a top speed of 257 km/h (160 mph). Only 95 units of the model will be available in Africa and its price has been set at R864,990.
