The North American based automaker Jeep has recently announced its plans to launch the Grand Cherokee SRT8 Hyun Black Edition in China.
According to the car manufacturer, the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 Hyun Black Edition is basically an SRT8 Vapor Edition which was renamed and which is coming with chrome accents, with bi-xenon headlights, with black badging, with a painted front grille and with the large 20-inch aluminum wheels, contributing to the overall looks of the powerful SUV.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 Hyun Black Edition is powered by the same 6.4 liter HEMI V8 engine used on the standard model too, which is producing a total output of 461 HP (344 kW) and with a peak torque of 624 Nm (460 lb-ft). This is enough to allow the model in question to sprint from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 4.8 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 160 mph (257 km/h). The quarter mile is done in approximately 13 seconds. Prices for the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 Hyun Black Edition will start at 1.19 million yuan. More details on the model are limited for the moment.
