The North American based automaker Jeep has recently announced its plans to introduce two new special editions of the Grand Cherokee, named the Trailhawk, and the Wrangler, named the Moab.
According to the car company, the Jeep Wrangler special edition will actually be based on the Sahara and it will get some interesting features like the heavy-duty bumpers, the power dome hood, the special badging, the Trak-Lok rear differential and the fresh set of 17-inch alloy wheels, wrapped in Goodyear Silent Armor tires. The interior design of the model will get leather seats, despite its rugged nature, along with a “Moab” embossed grab handle and Iron Gray trim.
Besides the Jeep Wrangler Mob special edition, the Jeep brand will also introduce a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk special edition. Jeep said that this model is actually the production version of the 2012 Easter Jeep Safari concept and it will get a Quadra-Lift air suspension, a black decal on the hood, grey accents, Selec-Terrain traction control, an electronically limited rear differential for the V8 models only and a set of 18-inch aluminum wheels, along with leather / suede seats in the cabin and Mopar floor mats.
