Jeep Wrangler Black Edition II introduced, debuting in Geneva image

Jeep has officially pulled the wraps off the new Wrangler Black Edition II which will be introduced next Tuesday, at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

The new Jeep Wrangler Black Edition II has been officially introduced over the web ahead of its public debut scheduled for the Swiss automotive event, on the 3rd of March. The model in question will be offered for sale across the Old Continent starting from this summer and it has been based on the Wrangler Sahara. This is packing several interesting items which should help it differentiate from its regular brothers and sisters.

Some of the goodies found on the limited Wrangler edition include the black headlight surrounds, the black grille inserts, the black badges, the black Mopar fuel cap, the black wheel cover, the black 18-inch alloy wheels and so on. The model is also adding the Dual Top package which is including the soft top and the three piece hardtop, at the same time.

Changes made to the cabin are actually limited compared to the exterior design but they do include the GPS navigation system, the Uconnect infotainment, the polished black accents, the black leather seats and so on. The Jeep Wrangler Black Edition II is taking its power from the 2.8 liter turbo diesel with 200 HP (147 kW) and 460 Nm (339 lb-ft) of torque, while the 3.6 liter Pentastar V6, rated at 284 HP (208 kW) and 347 Nm (256 lb-ft) of torque is also available. Both units are getting the same 5-speed automatic gearbox. No pricing details have been announced yet.
