Famous car collector Ken Lingenfelter has recently added a brand new ride to his impressive garage, a Ferrari LaFerrari.
Owning a truly impressive car collection is something we don’t see every day so when finding out that a collector like Ken Lingenfelter has added a brand new ride to his garage, we just had to share. The vehicle in question is probably the hottest one to ever come out of the Maranello facility and it’s none other than the impressive Ferrari LaFerrari. The hybrid supercar will be joining what is believed to be a collection of 150 vehicles of the fastest and desired models which include an F40, an Enzo or a 288 GTO, amongst others.
Ferrari has officially unveiled the LaFerrari a couple of years ago during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The model is the first hybrid supercar to roll out of the Maranello facility and it has a read mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout, with a two-door coupe body style. Power is coming from a 789 HP (588 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque, connected to an electric motor, the KERS unit, rated at 161 HP (120 kW). The total output produced stands at 950 HP (708 kW) and the peak torque is 900 Nm (664 lb-ft). The powertrain is connected to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission which is allowing the supercar to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 3 seconds and to go all the way up to 350 km/h (217 mph).
