The 2014th edition of the NAIAS in Detroit will see the debut of the Kia GT4 Stinger Concept, as the South Korean based automaker has recently announced.
In order to place the brand new Kia GT4 Stinger Concept into the spotlights for the first time, the company has released another teaser image with the model, which, as you probably figured it out yet, it’s not revealing anything shocking, except probably for the Audi R8 inspired shape, the company’s new grille, what seem to be some LED strips instead of the regular headlights, the bulging fenders, the large hood and the overall sports car look.
The Kia GT4 Stinger Concept is getting a 2+2 configuration, a carbon fiber front splitter, a ventilated hood and some 20-inch alloy wheels, as the company is saying. As far as the engine goes, this is coming as a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged unit, which can produce an impressive 315 HP (235 kW), sent to the rear-wheel drive. No performance specifications have been released by the carmaker just yet. The Kia GT4 Stinger Concept will be officially presented to the public during the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, on the 13th of January.
