The Kia Novo fastback concept has been officially presented to the public during the 2015 Seoul Motor Show.
Kia has officially pulled the wraps off the Novo fastback concept during the 2015 Seoul Motor Show. The one-off vehicle is coming with the tiger nose grille, which is now wider, along with the slim laser headlights, the beefier side skirts, the prominent wheel arches, the suicide doors with pop-up handles, the interconnected taillights, the unique bumper which is incorporating the two chrome exhaust tips and several other tweaks.
The new concept car signed by Kia has been designed for usage around the city and it has been based on a modified platform of the Cerato / Forte, coming with a completely new body, a short front overhang and a long rear overhang, along with a fastback roofline. The interior has a minimalistic design, with few buttons and knobs, a 3D hologram display, a touchpad with a fingerprint scanner and more.
The Novo is riding on 20-inch alloy wheels/ Power to the Kia Novo concept is being provided by a 1.6 liter turbocharged gasoline burner, which is being connected to the 7-speed DCT transmission. Power is being sent to the front-wheel drive. Kia isn’t planning on offering a production version of the Novo anytime soon so if you have your eyes on the model, chances are you will never see it in a dealership, not even in a more toned down version. However, that doesn’t mean that you cannot check it out in the images posted below.
