Kia plans new concept for Chicago image

The South Korean based automaker Kia will be officially presenting a new concept car next month, during the 2015 Chicago Auto Show.

Kia has some big plans for its future lineup and with the 2015 NAIAS in Detroit recently closing its gates and the 2015 Geneva Motor Show just around the corner, the company is planning on introducing a new concept car at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show, which will be officially opening its gates next month. The announcement has been officially made by the car manufacturer, in a press release.

“Kia will embrace its challenger spirit in Chicago with the debut of an all-new concept – conceived at Kia’s California design studio – that re-imagines one of the brand’s most popular vehicles. Built for city dwellers seeking an adventurous escape and intended to enable a variety outdoor activities, this concept proves that practical urban wheels can also be rugged and capable”, said the company.

The carmaker may be announcing the brand new concept car aimed towards the over-seas automotive event but we are not that sure on what this actually is at the time. However, we are expecting it to be offering a glimpse into the future as it will be probably previewing a new generation of a popular model, signed by Kia. In order to find out what it really is, we will have to wait for the 2015th edition of the Chicago Auto Show to officially open its gates, between the 14th and the 22nd of February.
