Koenigsegg’s second bespoke Regera is honoring French wine image

Not long ago an employee of the exotic manufacturer showed his vision of his company dream car – a purple Regera that was an homage to the late Prince.

Now the social media channels have been used yet again for a second installment – this time the work of Johan B., Sales Director for continental Europe and the Nordic countries. The Bordeaux-tinted carbon fiber exterior finish is mixed with a clear carbon center section adorned with god leaf striping and the exact same carbon fiber alloy wheel design as the first installment. The brake calipers have been repainted though in grey instead of white. Moving inside the cockpit, John’s dream Regera has a “creamy cappuccino / coffee” combination and there’s also carbon fiber on the center console, steering wheel column, door panels, and surrounding the air vents.

Koenigsegg is probably lending credentials to what can be done in terms of customization with the Regera and these internally-designed versions might also serve as an appetizer for everyone else when the Swedish niche marquee will open an online configurator for the model “hopefully in the not-too-distant future.” Anyways, even if you do play online with the dream Regera, chances are you won’t see one too often – the company plans to only build 80 units at its facility in Ängelholm.
