The North American based automaker Ford has recently pulled the wraps off the new Transit Connect Wagon during the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
After it was officially unveiled in some official images a couple of weeks ago, the all-new Ford Transit Connect Wagon is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker bringing it to the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show. The Ford Transit Connect Wagon is coming with a third row of seats, a fold flat second and third rows, sliding side doors, a side hinged cargo door, rear liftgate or symmetrical choice and a 1,200 pound plus payload.
Two wheelbase lengths are available for the Ford Transit Connect Wagon and the model can come in either five- or seven-passenger configurations. The model is available in three trim levels, the XL, the XLT and the Titanium and a choice of two four-cylinder engines will have to be made by the vehicle’s future customers, where a 2.5 liter and an optional 1.6 liter EcoBoost, which is estimated to deliver over 30 mpg on the highway, will be available on the Transit Connect Wagon. Prices for the model will be announced later on.
