Unveiled way back in September, the Yukon made an official appearance in the Los Angeles Auto Show as well, as the 2015 model is brand new and needs all the attention.
In its Denali / Denali XL flavors, the Yukon has been set as the flagship of the brand, a model that aims to (internally) compete with the Cadillac Escalade. A mesh grille and high-intensity discharge headlights with C-shaped LED daytime running lights can easily distinguish the Denalis. The models also have bright chrome trim and 20-inch alloy wheels.
We also have premium styling where it matter most – inside the cabin, which is adorned with premium leather upholstery and wood trim. We can also find ambient lighting, contrast stitching, active noise cancellation technology and a Bose sound system. There’s also a push-button ignition, a head-up display and an IntelliLink infotainment system.
With such a big SUV, power must be at your discretion, and GMC fitted under the hood a 6.2-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine that develops 420 bhp (313 kW) and 450 lb-ft (610 Nm) of torque. It is connected to a six-speed automatic transmission, which can be paired to an optional all-wheel drive system.
