The all-new Jaguar XFR-S has recently made its public debut during the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
The 2014 Jaguar XFR-S has been revealed in a few official images just a day before writing this article and now the sedan is smiling from the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show, where the model has been officially presented to the public in a world premiere. The British based automaker says that the 2014 Jaguar XFR-S is coming with a recalibrated Electronic Active Differential and Dynamic Stability Control system, along with a 20-inch Varuna forged alloy-wheel set.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2014 Jaguar XFR-S will be powered by the same 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine used on the XKR-S, which is producing a total output of 542 HP (405 kW) and 502 lb-ft of torque (680 Nm), mated to an eight-speed ZF transmission with Quickshift. The model will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph). The estimated EPA will stand at 15/23/18 in city/highway/combined and the model will emit 270 g/km of CO2. Prices for the 2014 Jaguar XFR-S will start at 99,000 USD and the sedan will go on sale in mid-2013.
