A Lamborghini Aventador has been recently crashed in Taiwan on a rainy day and the supercar has caught fire.
One hot “date” for a rich man and his companion, a porn star, who were going for a spin in the impressive Italian supercar in Taipei. But as things don’t always go as planned, a little rain ruined their date. The driver pushed the gas pedal too hard in order to impress the woman in the passenger seat but lost control of the wheel, because of the wet road. The Aventador has eventually met a “hard thing”, which is more than we can say for the passenger.
After the impact, the Lamborghini Aventador caught fire, which is something natural for some Italian supercars to do. Happily the driver and passenger made it out alive. Here’s a tip, next time you want to impress a porn star, rent a limo. It comes with champagne too.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Aventador is powered by a 6.5L V12 engine, which is good for 690 HP. The unit is mated to a seven-speed single clutch transmission. The supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 349 km/h (217 mph). The Aventador is burning 17.2L of fuel every 100 km (13.5 mpg) and it’s emitting 398 g/km of CO2.
