A Lamborghini Aventador supercar has been recently crashed in Thailand, during a drag race, after its drive has lost control of the wheel.
We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming from Thailand, where a Lamborghini Aventador has definitely seen better days. According to Wrecked Exotics, the driver of the Italian supercar was drag racing another vehicle when he lost control of the wheel and landed into a palm tree. Judging by the images posted below, the driver probably walked away unharmed, which is more than we can say about his ride.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Aventador is taking its power from a large 6.5 liter V12 engine which is producing a total output of 690 horsepower. The unit is mated to a seven-speed single clutch transmission, which is helping the Italian supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 349 km/h (217 mph). The Lamborghini Aventador is burning an average of 17.2 liters of fuel every 100 km (13.5 mpg) and it’s emitting 398 g/km of CO2.
