A Lamborghini Aventador supercar has been hit by a construction truck in Hong Kong, after trying to overtake it.
We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Hong Kong, where a Lamborghini Aventador has definitely seen better days. The Italian supercar in question has been hit by a construction truck in Hong Kong, after trying to overtake it. Judging by the image posted above, the Aventador will need a minor makeover. No one was hurt in the crash.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Aventador has replaced the Murcielago a few years back. The supercar in question is powered by a massive 6.5 liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, which is producing a total output of 690 HP. The unit is mated to a seven-speed transmission, which is helping the Aventador accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. Top speed stands at 349 km/h (217 mph). The Italian supercar is burning an average of 17.2 liters of fuel every 100 km and it’s emitting 398 g/km of CO2.
