The newest model in Lamborghini’s lineup, the Aventador Roadster, is being placed into the spotlights once again, and after being officially unveiled just a few days ago, the carmaker is now announcing its official starting price in the United States. According to the company, the supercar is available for its future customers starting at 441,600 USD, but the price does not include the gas-guzzler tax, which is adding 3,700 USD. In Europe, the Aventador Roadster can be bought from 300,000 EUR before taxes.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is powered by the 6.5 liter V12 engine, the same one used on the Coupe version too, which is producing the same amount of 690 HP. The unit is mated to a seven-speed automated transmission which is allowing the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3 seconds, or in 2.9 seconds for the Coupe, before reaching a top speed of 217 mph.
