The Italian based automaker Lamborghini is currently developing the Aventador SV as the supercar in question should hit the market over the following months.
The announcement hasn’t been made official but according to the Team Salamone from the Gumball rally fame, the Lamborghini Aventador SV will hit the market in the next months. The first supercar in question has been ordered by the Gumball participants mentioned above and it should get some interesting updates. The Aventador SV will most likely follow the same footsteps of the Murcielago LP670-4 Super Veloce and come with an aggressive body kit, with a minimalist interior, with some weight reduction and an upgraded engine.
The Lamborghini Aventador in its standard version has been introduced back in February 2011 and it’s currently being offered in two body styles, a 2-door coupe and a 2-door roadster. It has a mid-engine and all-wheel drive layout and it is being powered by a 6.5 liter V12 naturally aspirated engine. The unit is producing 690 HP (510 kW) and 690 Nm (510 lb-ft) of torque. The Italian supercar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
