The driver of a Lamborghini Countach has managed to crash his precious ride into the back of another Countach because he was not paying attention to the road.
Exotic supercar crashes presented here are usually showing high speed collisions and carcasses of expensive vehicles which most of the times end up in the crusher, but this latest incident, which is also the first one presented this year, isn’t so dramatic and it’s nothing a good body shop can’t fix, with a steady hand and lots of paint.
According to the guys at Wrecked Exotics, the Lamborghini Countach in question has been crashed into the back of yet another Countach, after its driver was not paying any attention to the road. The incident took place in Italy and, judging by the looks of the classic supercar, no one was hurt in the incident, which is not what we can say about the Countach too.
Lamborghini has produced the Countach between 1974 and 1990 in 2,042 units and the model in question was being offered in a two-door body style, with a rear mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. The LP400 and LP400S were coming with a 4.0L V12 engine, the LP500S with a 4.8 liter V12 and the 5000QV and the 25th Anniversary with a 5.2 liter V12.
