The driver of a Lamborghini Gallardo has been killed in China after he lost control of the wheel while driving under the influence.
We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from China, where a Lamborghini Gallardo has definitely seen better days. According to the Italian supercar in question was crashed into several trees after its driver was DUI and lost control of the wheel. The 30-year old driver was killed and the passenger had minor injuries.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Gallardo is coming with a choice of two engines, a 5.0 liter V10 and a 5.2 liter V10, along with a choice of two transmissions, a six-speed manual and a six-speed automated manual. The model has a mid-engine / four-wheel or mid-engine / rear-wheel drive layout, depending on the version chosen, and it’s coming in two body styles, two-door Coupe and two-door Spyder. The Lamborghini Gallardo has been in production ever since 2003 and it’s assembled in Sant’Agata Bolognese.
